Rocco Di Spirtio, treated about 40 New Yorkers to a cooking lesson for sautéed shrimp with Italian green peppers.  He demonstrated his unique method of salting  as you can see in the video above, after which he autographed copies of his cookbook, accompanied by noted food critic, Ruth Reichl.  Of course, everyone got to taste his shrimps,  and it was so-o-o delicious!
